Broken or leaky dip stick tube? Replace it with a correctly bent Lower Dip Stick Tube, the brass fitting is included. Does your dip stick smoke when you pull it out to check your oil? The dip stick tube gets red hot where it passes between the head and the exhaust manifold. End that hot dip stick problem with a length of included Fire Shield. It also increases the life span of the lower dip stick tube by protecting it from the heat. Also shown in the picture is a tool I made to install a new lower dip stick tube. You stand a better chance of installing the tube without puncturing. Simple to make out of steel pipe with a 3/8” ID and a grinding wheel.
