These Oil Cooler Lines are made to last. They are constructed from stainless steel braid over Teflon interior hoses. These hoses are patterned after the oil cooling lines found on the 403 engine. They are long enough to route from the oil filter adaptor over to the frame and up to the radiator. This avoids running the hoses up under the exhaust manifold. The kit includes two 45-degree fittings to point the hoses toward the frame and one “T” fitting for an Oil Temp Sender along with a bracket to hold the hoses securely to the frame. If you are installing these lines on a 403 engine, let me know and I will send two straight fittings. The oil filter adaptor already points toward the frame on the 403. These hoses are specifically designed to carry hot oil. Specifications: Operating temperature range +450 degrees F to -100 degrees F. Working pressure 1500lb. Minimum bend radius is 6.5 inches. For increased heat protection I include 2 lengths of Fire Shield (Shown in picture) for that small portion of cooling line that passes near the exhaust manifold.
